Guacalito boasts an untrammeled four-mile sweep of beach and bluff, of hill and forest, in the southern reaches of Nicaragua that will step forward to introduce the wonders of this exotic country to the world. Over 1,600 acres of pristine natural beauty will host an exclusive low-density residential community, five-star hotel, lavish spa, golf course, beach club among others.

Also making its debut to an affluent audience in search of the next unspoiled place will be the 30-mile stretch of Pacific shoreline upon which Guacalito is perched: a coveted destination to become known around the world as Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast.

The project has already invested US$27 MM in both equity and debt from CABEI / IADB. Additionally, these multilateral banks are very interested in providing up to US$60 MM for the development of a high-end hotel, golf course, and associated products. Subsequent phases may involve the build out of additional hotels and a marina. The property boasts two of the most spectacular beaches in Nicaragua, raising topography combined with flat plateaus as well as nearby islands.
